特卫强封口|旋转热封口机F110系列介绍 　　FAMOS旋转热封口机中第二个系列产品即F110系列产品，总共包含4个机型。F110系列主要满足大医院，制药工厂及医疗器械行业生产中大批量包装连续封口需求。 　　F110系列所有的机型都有20多种语言菜单选择，可在LCD显示屏上显示，并由字母键盘操作。 　　LCD显示屏和菜单非常简单，无需参考产品手册都可以操作设备。 　　F110系列中都拥有电子自动开始系统(EASS)，及返回支持系统(RAS)功能，除了F110基础型，其他型号都内置打印机，能够在包装上打印多个项目，例如包装日期，有效期，号码，文本和条形码。打印设置可调，并能打印符合EN980标准的符号。 　　F110DEP和F110DBC机型都有以下特点: 　　可存储2000条信息，每条信息30个字符 　　可连接标签打印机来打印数据 　　通过自带的软件和连接线来连接电脑写入信息 　　F110DBC是F110系列中唯一内置2个打印机的机型，其第二台打印机可打印条形码和附加文本，并可选配条形码扫描器。此外，F110DBC能进行多种软件应用，可将条形码及其他需要显示的信息打印在包装材料上。 　　每个机型都有两个版本， 　　第一个密封版本会产生肋条形密封，适合层压袋和纸袋，使得袋子可以实现可控制的开启。 　　第二个密封版本会产生平面密封，适合于特卫强材料，也适合层压袋和纸袋。 　　特点: 　　全部由不锈钢制作 　　LCD显示屏和菜单非常简单 　　配置电子自动开始系统(EASS) 　　配置返回支持系统(RAS)来防止安全 　　及避免设备损坏 　　为了进一步增加客户的便捷性, 　　可以提供选项(滚轮)前工作台 　　F110系列旋转热封口机通过TUV测试，符合欧盟CE-95标准。 　　典型应用： 　　聚丙烯，聚乙烯，特卫强袋，复合袋，文件袋和其他涂层材料 　　选型指南： 　　F110 　　F110D 　　F110DEP 　　F110DBC
